The Llandudno Christmas Fayre is set to return to the town's streets again this year and will once again feature a crowd favourite.

Event organiser Barry Mortlock said following the success of last year’s event plans are in place to ensure that this year’s Christmas fayre provides a better than ever festive experience for visitors and exhibitors alike.

He said an area not to be missed is Lapland, an area set to bring Christmas to life for all visitors.

Mr Mortlock said: "This year’s Arriva Santa’s Grotto is a fantastic addition to the Fayre and really will be a memorable event for our visitors.

"As well as the Arriva Grotto Lapland will also host a virtual reality simulator of Santa’s sleigh, and rides for children on Santa’s steam train.

"Children really will get to experience the magic of Christmas with our resident snowman and walking Christmas tree – they can also visit our Elves Workshop where they can make Christmas crafts and meet our very own team of elves."

In addition to Lapland, the “Pafiliwn” stage and entertainment area hosted by Llandudno Chamber of Trade will be bigger than ever and will house dozens of performances each day.

A seating area will allow people to sit and enjoy the entertainment whilst sampling locally produced food and drink.

Llandudno Christmas Fayre will run from November 15 to November 18. Further information can be found at the website www.llandudnochristmasfayre.co.uk.
