THERE was plenty of sparkle on Bonfire Night but some fireworks ended up in the wrong place.

An small fire, caused accidentally, was sparked on Llandudno Great Orme. This was caused by a firework. The fire was out on arrival and firefighters inspected the scene.

At an address in Llandudno, at 7.47pm, there was one square metre of fire damage after a firework landed on a roof. Two crews from Llandudno attended.

A small hedge fire broke out at an address on Sylva Road. 150 square metres of hedge were affected. One crew attended. The cause is unknown.

A chimney also went on fire at about 9pm. This was put out quickly with a bucket of water.

The town's main firework display took place on Llandudno's North Shore on October 28. It has been postponed by one day.

Bodafon Farm in Llandudno held their Bonfire Night on Monday.

A number of residents also held their own displays.
