SEVERAL members of Coleg Llandrillo’s staff who are published authors have displayed their work in the college during this year’s National Libraries Week initiative.
This year, with a focus on wellbeing, libraries across the country demonstrated how they bring communities together, combat loneliness, provide a space for reading and creativity.
The library on the college’s Rhos-on-Sea campus joined more than 1,000 libraries in the event.
The college produced a display of books by authors based in North Wales, including those by members of its staff.
These included Dr Neil Coombs, who teaches Film and Media Studies; Gina Maddison, a learning resource assistant; Brian Woosnam, the college’s print shop assistant; creative Arts tutor, Dewi Hughes and beauty therapy tutor, Sharon Grieve.
