Witches, wizards and muggles alike have lined up to get their first look a new wizarding store in Llandudno.

People were lined up outside the store to get in for the official opening of the new Wizarding Boutique this morning.

The Harry Potter-themed store has moved off the Pier to a bigger premises on Clonmel Street to allow owner Debbie Corkish to expand the stock she has in the store and include more of an experience for visitors.

Although she has been open on the new site since Monday, she said she had been overwhelmed today by response to the official opening.

Talking to the Pioneer in the store today, Mrs Corkish said: "It has been overwhelming the response we have received from local residents and people that have said they have specifically come here, rather than shopping online.

"A lot of people have followed us from the Pier. There have been people of all ages come in today from toddlers to grandparents.

"It was very busy and there were a lot of excited people.

"We were even really busy yesterday. People said they were trying to beat the rush there would be on Saturday. So I was expecting a few people today.

"But there were people waiting outside the door when I opened at 10am, I wasn't expecting that."

The new store is open now on 7 Clonmel Street and for more information visit https://www.wizardingboutique.com/.
