RESIDENTS on the west Conwy coast have the chance to meet their police officers and discuss any issues they have during the winter period.

North Wales Police is launching its ‘Cuppa with a Copper’ events which will take place across the West Conwy area during December.

The aim of the events is to give the public a chance to meet with their police officer to discuss any concerns they might have and receive advice about the Christmas period.

The events will take place at venues including Penmaenmawr Library, Chapter 2 Coffee Shop and L’s Café in Llandudno Junction, and the Beach Pavilion Café in Llanfairfechan.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “Throughout December, PCSOs in the West Conwy Coastal area will be running a number of ‘Cuppa with a Copper’ events at different locations.

“They will be joined by other agencies and will be available for anyone in the community to drop in and chat to. We will be available to answer any questions and give out advice about the winter and Christmas period.

“If you see us, pop in and say hello!”
