River levels are above normal and may cause flooding near Llanrwst.
Flood Alerts Clwyd put out a statement on Twitter this morning which said flooding is possible on Gwydir Road and the B5106 between Llanrwst and Trefiw.
The Alert, on Twitter, said: In addition to the the River Conwy at Gwydir Road, some local localised flooding problems may result from surface water.
"We will continue to monitor the situation.
"This message remains in force until further notice. Flooding is possible for Gwydir Road and the B5106 between Llanrwst and Trefiw."
