The A55 near the Black Cat roundabout is now clear after a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) broke down earlier.
The HGV had broken down westbound on the A55 between junction 19, to Glan Conwy, and 20, to Colwyn Bay.
Traffic Wales said, on Twitter, there were also reports of debris on the road.
