A well-known Llandudno figure is making a late bid for the Christmas number one spot on the UK charts.
The Llandudno Monkey Man released his 2018 Christmas music video, sharing it on social media on Wednesday (December 19).
The song is called I love my Santa Clause and features the Monkey Man, Samuel Peters, and his wife Amanda singing to music from Buddy Holly, Jerry Allison and Norman Petty.
He has created the lyrics himself, drawing inspiration from 'Peggy Sue' by Buddy Holly.
Posting on Facebook yesterday, the Llandudno Monkey Man, said: "Welcome to our Christmas music video of 2018, something a bit different from us, we hope it brings much happiness and joy to you all this Christmas.
"Merry Christmas Everyone."
