Part of the Colwyn Bay promenade was closed following a crash.
North Wales Police and Welsh Ambulance Service crews attended the scene on the promenade next to the Horizon Shine Kiosk at about 8.45am.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called today (January 31, 2019) at approximately 8.45am to reports of a road traffic collision on Marine Road, Colwyn Bay.
"We responded with one emergency ambulance, where one person was treated at the scene.”
Police are still urging motorists to take care on the roads.
North Wales Police, on Twitter, said: "Brrrrr it's cold out there! Please take care if you are heading out this morning.
"Icy conditions across the region with the yellow warning from the Met Office still in place.
"Please drive safely, adjust your speed and staysafe."
