PREPARATIONS are gathering pace ahead of Rydal Penrhos’ eagerly anticipated dramatic society performance this spring.
The school’s talented performing artists will take the stage for a depiction of the French novel Les Misérables, which will take place at the memorial hall over three nights from Thursday March 28.
The 60 strong cast has been working hard rehearsing under the guidance of head of sixth form, Leah Crimes, director of music Pete Williams and teacher Richard Davies.
Pete, said: “We have been highly encouraged by the commitment shown by the cast during what is an incredibly busy time.
“The level of talent is truly outstanding for those so young, and this is only going to get better as they become more comfortable with what they are doing ahead of what promises to be a sensational show.”
