HEARTS and flowers lead this way this half term at Colwyn Bay's Welsh Mountain Zoo.
The attraction is hosting two weeks of love themed fun and activities as part of the half term season. Events will run until Sunday, March 3.
There will also be a Valentines Trail which will take young visitors across the four corners of the zoo to help animals find their lost loved ones.
There will also be trading cards at each participating enclosure, with 12 to collect in total.
Marcia Azevedo Moreira, marketing and sales manager at the Welsh Mountain Zoo, said: “The first half term break of the year marks the start of Spring when we’ve hopefully seen the last of the cold weather and the green shoots are sprouting. We know that our little visitors enjoy all things Valentine so we wanted build our activities around this.
"The addition of the trading style cards is also something new for us here at the zoo.
"All activities are free and designed to make sure that our school aged animal lovers really get the most out of their day here with us.”
