The westbound onslip at junction 19 near Llandudno Junction was closed this monring following a two vehicle crash.
North Wales Police received reports of a two vehicle road traffic collision at about 9.10am this morning on the Glan Conwy Corner near junction 19.
No one was injured during the incident.
The onslip has now been re-opened.
