A CASH machine has been targeted in Llanrwst.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity near the ATM machine on Betws Road.
A report was received at 12.30am on Friday, March 15, that the ATM machine on the forecourt of Meadow Vale garage had been damaged.
No money is believed to have been taken. Inquiries are being conducted in the area and the machine is undergoing forensic examination.
Detective Inspector Tecwyn Green said: “We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the vicinity of the garage around 12.30am on Friday.
"We are also keen to trace a blue Land Rover Defender with chains attached to the back, which was reported to have been in the area at the time.
"I would like to reassure public that officers will be increasing patrols around the area.”
