Work has begun on the demolition of a former Llandudno Junction school.
Brenig Construction has been contracted on behalf of Cartrefi Conwy to renovate the old Ysgol Maelgwn School site, converting it into 10 specialist apartments.

The development is set to cost £4.2 million and is expected to take 18 months to complete.
Brenig Construction, in a statement on Facebook, said: "The scheme is set to incorporates the construction of six new apartments, five new bungalows and six new two bedroom houses within the grounds of the former school.
