A PREMIER LEAGUE star was pictured spending time in Llandudno over the weekend.

Manchester United's Alexis Sanchez was spotted by fans on Sunday afternoon with Adrian Roberts posting the pictures above on social media.

The Chilean winger, who is currently sidelined with a knee ligament injury, stopped for photos with fans as he walked his beloved golden retrievers, Atom and Humber, along the pier.

Despite earning £500,000 a week at United, Sanchez, 30, has fell further and further down the pecking order at Old Trafford, particularly since new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently took over at the club and rumours are rife that he could be on his way out during the next transfer window.

His current situation at the club alongside his visit to the seaside town led to many Twitter users jokingly suggesting that a move to the Welsh Pyramid system may be on the cards during the summer.

One user wrote: "Llandudno FC hoping he'll spearhead their promotion push next season after they were relegated from the Welsh Prem" with another adding that Sanchez would "most probably do a job in the Welsh leagues."
