North Wales Police
ANYONE who witnessed a disturbance in Rhos-on-Sea has been requested to contact North Wales Police.
A post on the West Conwy Coastal police twitter account made an appeal for information following a disturbance in the Church Road area of Rhos-on-Sea at midday on Monday April 8.
Any witnesses, or anyone with any information should telephone the police on 101 and quite the reference X047088.
