The Ynys Mon Express A1 60163 Tornado also made an appearance and powered through Rhyl to Holyhead.
Thomas said: "The atmosphere was kinda quiet. A few photographers and a few elderly people were waiting for the Tornado and Clun Castle heading in to Rhyl and for the journey back, there was a few kids and elderly around to catch the Clun Castle.
"I really enjoyed seeing the steam trains, it's a rare sight to see round the Rhyl area, but showing my baby son the steam trains going pass was priceless. There was a lot of smiles."
Ryan Lloyd spied all four charters running along the North Wales Coast.
