A LONG standing stalwart of Tudno Playschool has finally decided to retire from the group.
Janet Jones, known as auntie to generations of Llandudno children has been part of the playgroup since its beginning 33 years ago. Some parents now bringing their children to the Playschool remember Auntie Janet from their own childhood.
In addition to her commitment to the Playschool, Janet has been a public figure for many years, she has been associated with the Brownies, a town councillor, Mayor, and a big part of Llandudno for a long time
Tudno Playschool is a charity run playschool based in Ysgol Tudno. It looks after and educates children from aged two to four. It also helps many children with additional learning needs.
