THE Original Factory Shop in Abergele will hold a charity fundraising event to celebrate its 50th birthday.
Celebrating 50 years of trading this year, the company will hold its party on Saturday May 25, and will go all out to help raise money for children with critical illnesses, with all proceeds from fundraising activity donated directly to Make-A-Wish UK.
Entertainment will include cake and craft stalls, ice cream van, games and tombola, zumba, fancy dress, raffles and a bouncy castle.
The Original Factory Shop and Make-A-Wish UK have been in partnership since 2013. In that time, the discount retailer has raised more than £547,000 for the charity, which is enough to fund up to 182 wishes.
The Original Factory Shop Make-A-Wish UK fundraiser takes place in the Abergele store from Saturday 25th May. All proceeds from fundraising activity will be donated directly to Make-A-Wish UK. This charity grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Since the charity was founded in the UK in 1986 it has granted more than 12,000 wishes.
