Aged 33, of Rectory Close, Newhaven, found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been involved in a road traffic offence. Fined £180, with a £30 surcharge and £150 costs. Six points added to her licence.

GEORGI PANDALEEV

Aged 21, of no fixed address, admitted common assault, assaulting a female paramedic by beating her and spitting in her face, assaulting a female police officer by beating, all in North Street, Brighton. Also admitted sexually assaulting a woman by touching without consent, and using threatening or abusive behaviour. Jailed for 16 weeks, with a £115 surcharge.

TERENCE REED

Aged 29, of May Road, Brighton, admitted damaging to a door worth £300, and threatening to destroy the woman’s home. Nine-month conditional discharge and restraining order not to contact the woman until 2020. Plus £150 compensation.

Aged 78, of Bannings Vale, Saltdean, admitted keeping a car which was unlicensed for road tax. Fined £276 and ordered to pay £134 in tax and £85 costs.

Aged 56, of Carden Crescent, Brighton, admitted keeping a car which was unlicensed for road tax. Fined £293 and to pay £106 in tax and £85 costs.

ZAK MARSDEN

Aged 30, of HMP Lewes, found guilty of possessing foil-lined carrier bag in connection with theft in Chichester, and theft of clothing from House of Fraser worth £414. Jailed for 12 weeks, with a £115 surcharge.

Aged 33, of Monument View, Brighton, admitted drink-driving in Eastbourne. Tested positive for 126 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £120, with a £85 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years, and to complete ten rehabilitation sessions.

Aged 21, of Slinfold Close, Brighton, admitted drink driving on Marina Way, Brighton. Tested positive for 71mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £120, with a £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

JAVAL RODNEY

Aged 24, of Collingwood Close, Peacehaven, admitted possessing cannabis – a Class B drug, and breaching a suspended sentence for possessing 19 bags of cannabis with intent to supply. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and ten rehabilitation sessions. To pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aged 29, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk in public in Broadwater Road, Worthing. Given a six-month conditional discharge and to pay a £20 surcharge.
