AN EMMY award winning actress and her equally celebrated husband are set to star in a never-before-seen adaption of a Hitchcock classic in Llandudno this month.
Bill Kenwright presents the latest instalment in the hugely successful Classic Thriller Theatre Company’s (CTTC) ‘Master of Suspense’ series with the legendary auteur’s 1939 thriller The Lady Vanishes at Venue Cymru for six nights from Monday, June 10.

Building on the phenomenal decade-long success of The Agatha Christie Theatre Company, CTTC will presents a quick-witted and devilishly fun tale featuring the talents of acting power couple Juliet Mills as Ms Froy and Maxwell Caulfield as Dr Hartz.
When Socialite Iris’ unexpected travelling companion suddenly disappears, Iris is perplexed to find that all the other passengers deny ever having seen her. But with the help of musician Max, she turns detective, and together they try to solve the mystery of why the lady vanished.

Mills’ had her screen at just 11 weeks with her father John Mills in the movie In Which We Serve before moving on to shows including ITV’s Wild at Heart, US paranormal drama Passions, as well as on the stage in Peter Shaffer’s Five Finger Exercise, in which she starred in the West End and on Broadway at just 16.
Caulfield’s numerous big screen and TV roles include starring with Michelle Pfeiffer in Grease 2 and as Miles Colby in the hit American soap opera Dynasty and its spin-off series The Colbys. Caulfield made his own Broadway debut in JB Priestley’s An Inspector Calls and his West End stage debut as Billy Flynn in Chicago.

The cast also features Lorna Fitzgerald as Iris, fresh from her shock departure from the role of Abi Branning in BBC’s EastEnders, Downtown Abbey actor Matt Barber as Max and Robert Duncan of Drop The Dead Donkey fame as Charters.
