A WALKING DEAD star was spotted surfing in Snowdonia.
On June 12, actor Andrew Lincoln paid a visit to Adventure Parc Snowdonia.
The 45-year-old is best known for his role as Rick Grimes in the American post-apocalyptic show which is now in its ninth series.
He and wife Gael Anderson, tested out the waves at the Conwy Valley lagoon last week.
Staff said the pair had a great time on the water and were "really friendly, approachable and made time to chat".
Managing director Andy Ainscough said: “It was a pleasure to welcome Andrew and his wife to Adventure Parc Snowdonia.
"They were a really relaxed pair and seemed to be having a great time here in North Wales despite the rain.
"Andrew started on the intermediate wave but nailed it pretty quickly – there was a space on the advanced wave so we were able to get him on to that to end his session. He said he loved the fact that for once someone was able to get some decent pictures of him surfing."
Adrenaline Indoors will launch at the Adventure Parc Snowdonia site this summer while a Hilton hotel will also open next year.
