RHYL FC have made another significant addition to their squad with the signing of Leo Riley.
The Lilywhites confirmed their fourth signings of the summer ahead of their quest for the FAW Championship North title, with the versatile player option to join the set-up at the Educate Group Stadium rather than make the move to JD Welsh Premier League outfit Aberystwyth Town.
Riley was one of the standout performers for Huws Gray Alliance champions Airbus Broughton last term, making 20 league appearances and scoring four goals.
Director of football Eddie Maurice-Jones, said: "Leo is another quality addition to the squad. He brings a huge amount of experience and the ability to help us get to the next level.
“Every time Leo has been on the opposition you are left impressed by what you have seen.
“He's technically gifted and has a brilliant football mind. I'm sure he'll be a huge success and a very important player for us."
A former trainee at Tranmere Rovers, Riley was also part of the Academy squads at Bolton Wanderers and Liverpool during the initial stages of his career before making a move to Llandudno in 2015.
He made 40 top-flight appearances for Tudno until he was acquired by the Wingmakers, and he will link up at the Lilywhites with former teammate Asa Hamilton, who was also part of the double-winning Airbus squad last term.
Another strong signing for the club is energetic full-back Steve Thomas, with gifted youngster Ben Burrows also agreeing terms after a spell with Europa League qualifiers Cefn Druids.
