Four members of teaching staff at Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn will take part
TEACHING staff are preparing to set out on a gruelling challenge from Llandudno to Cardiff.
Four members of teaching staff from Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn, Llandudno, will be taking part in the 198 mile journey.
It was orginally set to start tomorrow (Thursday) but has been delayed to Sunday and Monday.
Susan Roberts, Headteacher at Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn, said: "Over the two days [July 4 and 5] there will be a health and well-being community event held at the school and we are inviting all members of the local community to join us.
"We intend to attempt a sponsored event on stationary exercise bikes cycling the equivalent mileage of the team riding to Cardiff."
