THE summer fair at Colwyn Bay Old Convent Nursing Home marked a special occasion.
It was the 33rd anniversary of Josie Vinall starting work at the establishment in 1986. Josie works as a dining room assistant
Josie started when it was a convent and home run by nuns, but it has subsequently changed hands. Josie works with kitchen staff, Rachel Richardson, Siobhan O’Neill, Annwen Ellis and Lee Devy, and she to ensure residents enjoy their mealtimes.
Josie, who comes from Llysfaen, said: “We have a laugh together every day, we have a good team.”
Josie was presented with flowers on Saturday July 6 and chocolates by Angela Peacock, the manager.
