Tim Owen, arson reduction manager, said: "Deliberate fires are a serious criminal offence - we will support prosecution, don’t risk a criminal record.
"Deliberate fires endanger lives, property and wildlife and cost the economy millions of pounds. They are a huge drain on our resources when our crews could be needed elsewhere at other serious incidents."
Anyone who has information in connection to a deliberate fire can contact 101 or Crimstoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
