THIS is an image of one of the three vehicles involved in the collision earlier on the A55 near Llanddulas.
Traffic is starting to ease but there is still congestion in certain areas.
The pile up, close to Junction 23 Westbound on Thursday August 8, caused long queues stretching back to Abergele and beyond.
A spokesperson for Traffic Wales advised motorists to find alternative routes because of the severe delays in the area.
