THE cream of emerging North Wales musicians will assembling once again for an unmissable showcase on Llandudno promenade.

Now in its seventh year, TVW Stock returns over the August Bank holiday weekend packed for four days full of incredible music from Friday, August 23.

TVWales is a not for profit voluntary organisation that seeks to advance musical talent by encouraging young and relatively unknown musicians, especially those capable of going to the next level and have a good gig record and recordings, by showcasing their talents at not for profit concerts.

In just seven years, the event – which is supported by Llandudno Town Council - has grown through its development of music links in the North Wales and beyond, with organisers now working with a major London and New York promoter.

Heading the bill of more than 30 acts this year are Caernarfon singer-songwriter Eve Goodman, Snowdonia’s Hannah Willwood and Llandudno folk artist Courteous Thief.

Also performing at the festival is an incredible array of promising acts who currently have records on release and are in the middle of completing or have just finished major tours, including Sonia Stein in support of major star Dido including Martin Rafferty and the Northern City Lights,Tiggi Hawke, The Brink, Rejectionist Front, Lion O King, The Hallows, and Carrington Mc Duffle.

There are also a few particularly talented artists who the festival has been supporting for a few years and who are now on the verge of breaking through such as Sam Lyon, who has just completed her biggest national tour in support of her latest record and Love Tattoo have just cut their first album which they are currently promoting.

Even the festival’s youngest performers are soaring with Astrid Sings Jazz reaching the finals of The Voice Kids 2018 as the choice of industry impresario and Black Eyed Peas member Will.I. Am.

With so much assembled talent, the opportunity to support emerging artists has never been such an easy choice.

To put your finger to the pulse and witness this dizzying array of future stars, head to Llandudno promenade on Friday, August 23 at 7pm for the opening ceremony, from 12pm on Saturday 24 and Monday 26 and 10.3oam on Sunday 25.

The event is free to enjoy, with the organisers welcoming donations to the Hope Restored homelessness charity.
