Fan photographs show Coronation Street characters Gemma Winter and Chesney Brown filming scenes on Llandudno's Happy Valley

In the soap, Gemma Winter - played by Dolly-Rose Campbell - is expecting quadruplets with Chesney Brown (Sam Aston).

It is rumoured that Gemma will go into labour whilst 80ft in the air in a cable car on Happy Valley.

Earl Starkie managed to snap a couple of photographs of the stars on Monday morning (August 19).

Campbell was spotted with her co-star Aston sporting a huge baby bump and standing by an ambulance.

It is speculated that she will give birth to one baby in the back of an ambulance. The other three babies will be delivered at hospital.

Sandra Rickards also spotted the actors filming.

A sign was in place which stated: "Please be aware that filming is occurring in this area."

One user posted: "It’s nice. It’s putting Llandudno on the map. People will see how lovely it is and visit."

The cast are rumoured to be staying in The Grand Hotel Llandudno.

Aston and Campbell were spied by fans over the weekend. Resident Paula Reese managed to grab a picture with the soap stars in Tapps on Madoc Street. Aston was also pictured outside 147.

A spokesperson from the micro-pub told the Pioneer: "They were in Tapps, very happy and had said they were filming on the cable car on Monday."

It is believed that the scenes will see Chesney proposing to Gemma.

A spokesperson from Coronation Street said: "We don't ever confirm any filming details."

It is understood filming will wrap up on Wednesday.
