LLANDUDNO Lions Club has hosted the Sine Macula choir from Safi, Malta, at a choral concert in the Trinity Centre.
The choir sang a mixture of contemporary pieces and Maltese songs in addition the clarinet soloist performed a medley of Welsh songs ending with a stirring rendition of Men of Harlech.
Lion president Frank Bradfield thanked the choir immensely for their performance and paid particular attention to the youngsters in the choir. Stating the choir staring in early 1980s it’s through the younger generation being involved to ensure the choirs continued success.
The Sine Macula choir had already performed at Asaph cathedral and on the also at a service at Our Lady Star of the Sea, church before performing for the Lions.
