THE RECORD for the smallest double yellow line in the world has potentially been broken in Saltney.
The line has appeared on A5104 (high street) opposite the Corner Pinn Pub, near Morrisons.
It is currently unknown whether the lines have been painted there by Flintshire Council, or whether they have been for a joke.
Cllr Richard Lloyd, county councillor for Mold Junction Ward, said: "I don't see the point of them, it must be said.
"They're by traffic lights and a layby is in front them. Instead of tiny, pointless lines - I'd like to see some further down the road on St Davids Terrace, where cars are constantly parked on raised curbs."
Flintshire Council has been approached for a comment.
