A JAM packed weekend will bring ever choral music lover's dream to Llandudno in November.

The town's annual North Wales Choral Festival returns to Venue Cymru for three days from Friday, November.

Friday evening starts the weekend with the Côr Meibion Maelgwn Male Voice Choir who will offer a showcase featuring a variety of musical genres in both Welsh and English.

Also performing is Welsh National Opera soprano Fflur Wyn, who’s quickly establishing herself as one of the country’s foremost singers on the operatic and concert platform, guaranteeing a fantastic atmosphere.

Saturday will kick start the weekend bringing three competitions to the stage starting from 10am with the Male Voice, Youth, and Just for Fun categories. The competition will be judged by adjudicators David King, Nia Morgan and Trevor Hughes.

The Festival Celebration Concert will take place Saturday evening at 8pm, offering a wonderful variety of choirs to enjoy themselves on stage without worrying about the watchful eye of the adjudicators!

On Sunday 10 it’s time for some more competitions starting from 11:15am with the Ladies, Barbershop and - new for this year - the Musicals category. Another busy day of competition, the final day will see choirs travelling from all over the UK and Ireland.

Day passes are available for both days of the competitions, priced at £16 for adults and £8 for children. To attend a single category, tickets are £8 for adults and £4 per for children, per category, inclusive of booking fee and tickets for the Festival Celebration Concertare £15 for adults and £7.50 for children.
