A CAREERS networking event designed to bring together high achieving students and employers is to be held at Venue Cymru in Llandudno.

The event, on Thursday November 21, has been organised by the Seren Network. This organisation was created by the Welsh Government to ensure country’s highest achieving students, aged from 16 to19 have the right support to make the most of their academic talents. Across North Wales, there are more than 800 Seren students in schools and colleges.

The objective is to inform Seren students and their parents of the opportunities and careers available after university, with a particular focus on North Wales and the Northern Powerhouse. It also has the purpose of inspiring young people to exploit available opportunities and to extend their career aspirations and horizons.

Employers have been invited to the event to scout for the best talent Wales has to offer.
