ARMED police officers were called to reports of gunshots in Connah's Quay during the early hours on Friday morning.
A spokesman for North Wales Police confirmed they received a call at 2.47am to reports of gunshots near to a parked vehicle in the car park of the Old Quay House.
Firearms officers were deployed but no offenders were located and there was no evidence of a firearms discharge.
The force spokesman added: "Enquiries within the Quay House were made and no victims located.
"Flintshire North officers will be conducting follow up enquiries this morning."
