A COUPLE dressed as big babies to take on a charity fundraiser - but certainly weren't kidding around - as they collected £600.

James and Sian Lucas decided to take part in a New Year's Day dip at Deganwy on behalf of Ty Enfys Parents ' Accommodation at Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital, Bangor.

James said: "We used Tŷ Enfys Parents' Accommodation at Ysbyty Gwynedd in summer 2018 and always wanted to say thank you. Our little man Cai was born a little early and needed a few days in hospital to help him feed. He is now doing brilliantly.

"We think it's important for parents to have a place to get some rest during a potentially tricky time. Tŷ Enfys helped us so much and we wanted to raise money to say thank you. This special ward should always be available for those needing one night or longer whilst their babies receive care."
