Police attended an incident in Windsor Street
A CONCERN for safety incident in Rhyl ended peacefully.
On Thursday, February 20, North Wales Police officers were called to an address in Windsor Street. This was early evening.
Trained negotiators were at the scene.
A spokesperson from the force said: "The incident in Windsor Street, where we had concerns for the safety of an individual, ended peacefully.
"A man is now in police custody."
