THREE flood warnings are in force in North Wales this morning.

The latest to be issues - at 6.39am today - is for the Upper Dee Valley from Llanuwchllyn to Llangollen, including Corwen.

This covers isolated properties and extensive areas of agricultural land in the Upper Dee flood plain.

A flood warning is also in place for Bangor on Dee, near Wrexham, as well as the Lower Dee Valley from Llangollen to Trevalyn Meadows.

This particular warning covers isolated properties and extensive areas of agricultural land in the Lower Dee flood plain.

In addition, there are 11 flood alerts this morning covering the North Wales region.

An alert is in place for the River Conwy at Gwydir Road, covering areas of agricultural land and isolated properties in the Conwy Valley.

Also, there is a flood alert for the Clwyd catchment, covering areas around the River Clwyd from Clocaenog to Rhuddlan.

The town of Bala is also the subject of a flood alert, covering parts of the town including the leisure centre, Tegid Street and the High Street.

A flood alert remains for the Conwy catchment, covering areas around the River Conwy from Dolwyddelan to Conwy.

In addition, there is a flood alert this morning for the Alyn catchment, looking at areas around the River Alyn from Llandegla to Rossett.

Other flood alerts are for the Mawddach and Wnion catchment, the Glaslyn and Dwyryd catchment, the Dyfi catchment, the Dysynni catchment, the River Dyfi at Pont ar Ddyfi and Rossett.
