RHYL and District Youth returned to action in fine style with an emphatic 34-5 win at Llandudno.

The young Dragons’ picked up where they left off to notch another scalp from an exceptional campaign so far from the improving group.

The visitors used conditions to their advantage in the first period to secure a commanding lead heading into the break, and they kept up the tempo following the interval to see out the remainder of the contest in comfortable fashion.

A flurry of tries from the away side saw Connor Baker, Sol Williams, Harrison Evans, Callum Gardner, and Harvey Cotterill all cross the white wash during the rout.

Gardner also played a role with the boot, despatching two of the conversion attempts to round off the scoring.

The contest also saw an excellent all-round display Kai Bedeman that earned him the man of the match award from Dragons’ coach with man of the match for being a constant threat in attack and excellent in defence.
