Officers charged a male with theft
A BIKE stolen from outside Boots in Colwyn Bay has been returned to its owner.
The incident happened on Saturday, May 23.
A male has been charged with theft.
North Wales Police Community Safety Central tweeted: "Officers were quick to the area and arrested the suspect and returned stolen bike.
"Always secure your bike, no matter how long you'll be away."
