RURAL Crime Team officers patrolling Snowdonia have spoken of the 'incredible' moment they were flagged down for directions by a car full of people from Bolton.
Despite coronavirus lockdown rules still applying in Wales, officers in Snowdonia dealt with the bizarre incident earlier this afternoon.
Taking to social media to tell the story, one of the officers said: "Incredibly one of our team has just been flagged down in Snowdonia by a car containing three persons from Bolton.

"They said: 'Excuse me officer, can you recommend some nice places for us to visit?'
"Answer: 'Yes, there are plenty on your way home'."
This was just one of many instances of people having ignored the rules to travel from over the border into North Wales over the past few weeks.
