COLWYN Bay residents are being warned of potential attempts on their cars following a spate of incidents.
A Car Crime Alert sign has had to be installed on Gregory Crescent and Yerburgh Avene in the West end.
The installation of the sign comes following recent incidents where cars in these areas were broken in to.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police's Community Safety Central team tweeted: "Please make sure that you lock your car door."
