A YOUNG girl was left needing hospital treatment following an attack on her by a group of girls.
The incident occurred outside Asda's Queensferry store on Tuesday at about 10pm.
It saw a gang of three girls repeatedly punch and kick 15-year-old girl - who has since been taken to hospital after she started feeling unwell on Wednesday morning.
A video of the incident has been widely circulated on social media and the victim's father was shocked to see the footage.
He told the Leader: "Having to watch my daughter get beaten by a pack of wild eyed girls was one of the worst and most sickening feelings I have ever experienced.
"There needs to be some sort of consequence for these actions or these kids will do it again."
And the girl's father says a similar incident involving the same girl is said to have taken place just a week earlier.
Tuesday's incident has been reported to North Wales Police, which is investigating.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A report was made at 8.10am today (Wednesday) that a teenage girl had been assaulted near Asda in Queensferry by three other teenage girls."
