EMERGENCY services were called out following reports of a person in the water at Rhyl.
Flint Coastguard Rescue Team was tasked just before 9pm on Friday - along with Rhyl Coastguard Rescue Team - to the incident.
A spokesman said en-route a stand down message was received as the person had safely come ashore.
North Wales Police was also called, as well as RNLI Rhyl.
