A DESPERATE plea has gone out to find an owner for a cat who has spent 385 days in care - half her life.

Cleo, who is at the RSPCA Bryn Y Maen, in Upper Colwyn Bay, is two years old.

This charity is highlighting some of the cats in their care looking for homes as part of their Adoptober campaign.

A spokesperson for RSPCA Cymru said: "Cleo, who is currently in foster care, has been in our care for 385 days - half her life. So we'd love to find her a home."She is super friendly and loves a fuss. Although she is wary of children and loud noises she tolerates and walks away when she has had enough.

"She loves playing with her toys and will make a lovely companion for the right household."

Due to local lockdown, the centre is only offering animal adoptober appointments to those living in the local area.
