TWO people in Rhyl have scooped £1,000 each, thanks to their lucky postcode.
The Woodside Avenue neighbours won the money when LL18 5NF was announced as a Daily Prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery on Saturday, October 10 2020.
Judie McCourt, People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador, said: “What a lovely way to start the weekend.
"Congratulations to our winners, I hope they have fun with their winnings.”
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
This draw was promoted on behalf of Postcode Community Trust which provides funding to improve the health and wellbeing of communities across Great Britain.
