A SHOPPING centre set to go under the hammer has sold for an undisclosed sum.
The White Rose Shopping Centre in Rhyl had a guide price of £1.1million. It was due to be auctioned on October 28 and be broadcast online from Acuitus.co.uk.
However, it was sold prior to auction to a private investor.
A spokesperson told the Journal that because it was sold prior - the amount the build sold for cannot be disclosed.
The buyer was also not disclosed.
Peter Mayo, of Acuitus, said: “The White Rose Shopping Centre is located just off the pedestrianised high street of Rhyl on the seafront.
"It is conveniently and prominently in the centre of town and hosts a variety of prominent retailers.”
Tenants include Superdrug, Bodycare, Iceland, Boots and EE. Sports Direct and USC will soon join the line up.
