NORTH Wales Police's presence has been increased in certain parts of Denbighshire.

This is due to officers receiving reports of suspicious men knocking on doors in the Trefnant and St Asaph areas on Wednesday.

They were caught by officers on Thursday.

A statement on NWP Conwy and Denbigh Rural's Facebook page read: "Increased patrols in the Trefnant and St Asaph area today after reports of suspicious males knocking on doors in the area yesterday.
