A DISPERSAL order has been placed upon Colwyn Bay following several reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.
North Wales Police say they have both received and dealt with a 'large number' of anti-social behaviour related incidents during the last week.
The order is now in place as of 5pm on Sunday and will last until 16:59pm tomorrow (December 1).
A statement posted on the NWP West Conwy Coastal Facebook page read: "Anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner will be directed to leave the area with immediate effect. They will not be able return whilst the order is in place. Failure to comply with this direction may result in arrest and / or a fine.
PIC: NWP West Conwy Coastal.
"The area covered is per the attached map (above). This will encompass the area from the Promenade up to The Old Highway, and stretch from Rotary Way (Marine Round about in Old Colwyn) to Marine Road and Pwllycrochan Avenue in Colwyn Bay. Anti-Social Behaviour is not acceptable and will not be tolerated."
