WITH the festive season approaching, a Flintshire MS is reminding people where they can get support if they are struggling.

Jack Sargeant MS, who represents Alyn and Deeside, said: “2020 has been an incredibly difficult year for us all and many people will be struggling for different reasons as we approach Christmas, whether that be with financial worries, loneliness or volatile relationships.

“I am incredibly grateful to the residents of Alyn and Deeside for the kindness and compassion they have shown towards each other, from picking up groceries for neighbours to organised support for the vulnerable, so many of you have gone above and beyond throughout this difficult year.

“Thank you so much for all you have done, I could not be more proud to represent this incredible community.”

The Labour MS went on to say that, as the Christmas period approaches, some people may need a bit of extra support and was keen to signpost some charities and organisations who are available to help.

Mr Sargeant adds: “As always, if there is anything I can do to support you, please do not hesitate to get in touch at Jack.Sargeant@Senedd.Wales.”
