North Wales Police said a number of items were stolen during an incident on Monday night.
RESIDENTS have been urged to lock their cars following a theft in Colwyn Bay.
North Wales Police's Community Central Safety Team tweeted that the incident took place on Princess Drive on Monday night.
A purse including money, cards and a driving license was stolen.
"We have had another report of theft from a car on Princess Drive in Colwyn Bay," police tweeted.
"Unfortunately the owner forgot to lock the car overnight and left a purse inside with money, bank cards and driving licence.
"Please double check your car door is locked and remove all valuables."
